ARDMS Test

There are many different exams for the ARDMS test (ARDMS tests). There are three ARDMS tests (ARDMS test) that are required to be passed in order to be a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. These three ARDMS tests (ARDMS test) are Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Ultrasound Physics and Instrumentation. Once these three tests are completed, the individual is able to take additional exams for further specializations. Some of the specializations that are offered include vascular, cardiac, breast, neurosonology, fetal echocardiography, etc.

The ARDMS test are all multiple choice and are computerized. Each exam is timed and must be taken at a designated testing center. No calculators are allowed on the ARDMS tests and you are supplied with scratch paper that is provided by the testing center. It is a good idea to practice on a computer so that once you are in the real test, it will feel familiar.

This is a good reason to purchase the UltrasoundCards for studying for the because it helps the one studying to get used to reading questions off of a computer screen. For further information on the tests offered, go to www.ardms.org.
